  • You are responsible for the inventory goods and the international customer orders.
  • You will monitor order holds, restrictions and take follow-up actions.
  • You support daily and weekly data collection, reconcilitation and reporting processes with the ability to interpret results.
  • You identify and resolve issues.
  • You also identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • You have minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service, supply chain or a logistics environment.
  • You have a positive and strong customer focus.
  • You are a good communicator.
  • You are a real teamplayer and have a good flexibility.
  • You like problemsolving.
  • You are comfortable with routine tasks.
  • You have a good knowledge of ERP and knowledge of SAP is preferable.
  • You have a good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • temporary job for minimum 6 months - 40 hours/week with a flexible work schedule
